Eugene N. Sarfoh is an officer of the firm and a trial and appellate lawyer who focuses his practice on defending tort cases involving premises liability, products liability and medical malpractice. Eugene also practices in commercial litigation and criminal law.
Eugene is a 1990 graduate of the University of Rochester where he graduated with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy. He is a 1993 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. Prior to his return to private practice, Eugene served as Assistant District Attorney for Albany County, where he gained extensive trial experience as a felony trial assistant assigned to the narcotics unit.
Eugene is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, and the Capital District Black & Hispanic Bar Association.
