Maria Dracker Ascenzo is a 2000 graduate of Syracuse University where she received a Bachelor of Art in history. She is a 2003 graduate of Albany Law School at Union University and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. Maria is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Maria is an associate of the firm and concentrates her Albany located defense law practice in the area of civil litigation, including cases involving professional liability, premises liability, and trucking and motor vehicle negligence. She also handles general insurance coverage litigation matters. Prior to entering private practice, Maria served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Frederick J. Scullin, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. In that capacity, Maria researched and drafted judicial opinions in both criminal and civil cases.

Maria is a member of the American, New York State, Onondaga County and Albany County Bar Associations.
