Kathryn, a Bethlehem native, is a 2008 graduate of Keene State College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in communications and journalism. Kathryn received her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2012, where she concentrated her studies in litigation. While attending law school, Kathryn clerked for Cheryl Coleman Law Offices and Joseph, Kroll, and Yagalla, P.C. This afforded her the opportunity to experience both criminal and civil litigation.

Prior to joining O'Connor, O'Connor, Bresee & First, Kathryn was an Associate Attorney with Cheryl Coleman Law Offices in Albany. Kathryn litigated numerous felony and misdemeanor trials, including high-profile cases from arraignment to appeal. Kathryn obtained numerous acquittals and dismissals.

Kathryn is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. She now concentrates her practice in the areas of civil and criminal litigation.
