Steven J. Auletta is an Associate Attorney at O'Connor and First, representing professionals, businesses, and individuals in claims involving medical and professional malpractice, health care law, product liability, trucking and transportation, and general civil litigation in federal and state courts throughout the State of New York.

Prior to joining O'Connor and First, Mr. Auletta practiced both downstate and in upstate New York litigating medical and professional malpractice, discrimination, civil rights and general liability cases. Additionally, he spent three years as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department in both the Tort Division and Special Federal Litigation Division, where he litigated tort cases and defended federal civil rights cases brought against the City.

Mr. Auletta is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Advocacy Division, and Siena College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a Minor in Computer Science.
