Biography
Rachel earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Washington College in 2008. She earned her J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2012.
Rachel focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense, premises liability, personal injury, landlord-tenant law and general litigation.
Rachel is admitted to practice law in New York, Maryland, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
She is an active Member of the Broome County Bar Association and is currently on the Board of Directors. She is also a Member of the New York State Bar Association and is currently a Delegate to the Association, representing the Sixth Judicial District of New York. She is also on the nominating committee for the Association.
Rachel is also a member of the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Appellate Division, Third Department, reviewing the applications of new attorneys.
Rachel frequently teaches Continuing Legal Education courses on the topics of landlord-tenant law and litigation.
Starting in April 2025, Rachel was elected as the Justice for the Village of Greene. She presides over misdemeanors, small claims, evictions and vehicle and traffic tickets.
