A car accident involving a drunk driver may result in serious injury or even death. It has now come to light that the accident is not the first time the driver has been flagged for being dangerous behind the wheel. He has a reported total of 22 traffic tickets and four previous license suspensions. After the fatal crash, his license was suspended for the fifth time.
